Ohio Doesn't Believe In Sidewalks

This week was really good! I went on three exchanges this week, Tuesday, then Thursday, Then Saturday.  I had a blast. That made this week fly by. I have been having some really good studies and I'm learning more everyday.

The best day of the week was Sunday. Sacrament meeting was very spiritual.  I received very clear revelation in the sacrament ordinance at church.  I love the sacrament. What a blessing it is to have an opportunity to start a new every week!

Well I'm safe and have been walking a ton this week. many doors knocked and people talked to. I love you!

Sept 19, 2016

Well this week flew by. It has been a great one. We had an awesome guy come to church and he loved it. I don't have a ton of time so here's this.

I learned some really cool lessons this week:
1. You cannot be happy and disobedient. You may have times of fun or pleasure, but you will not have a complete happiness. When you turn away from God, even in the slightest, you turn away from the nature of happiness. (Alma 42: 10-11)

2. God wants to bless us but He wants to find out how much we want the blessings.

3. Revelation takes preparation and a willingness to act.

Sep 12, 2016

My new companion is Elder Bee! He is from Salt Lake. He is only 71/2 months out, young one. He is very funny and enthusiastic which I love.

This week my prayers were answered and people who are ready and prepared to hear the message of the Restoration came out of no where. Tons of them. I truly Believe God wants to bless us but He also wants to see how much we want them as well. I love you!

Sept 5, 2016

Hey everyone! Transfers came again and I'm Staying! no surprise haha. I will be here for 7 and a half months at the end of this new transfer. I really love it here. They are like my family in this ward.

This week was crazy. So Elder Keleher went home and that was heart breaking. But on thursday everything in the mission changed. Like all the administrative stuff. So my role as a zone leader is completely different. Like 100%. But I am so excited. My companion for the week was Elder Geary. He is awesome.

This was an interesting week for me. It was full of slammed doors, unopened doors, cancellations (both from members and investigators), and people walking and driving away from us. It felt as though everything was slipping away. But I was calm and the weather was really nice this week. I kept praying to find families but yet everyday we seemed to lose investigators. We are currently down to no one. I trusted in Heavenly Father, I just didn't feel like my prayers were being answered.

So that night I really turned to God. I poured my heart out to Him. I prayed to Find families and to serve. The next day a member calls us and asked for help moving. They were moving last minute. So we did and it was a ton of fun, then the member took us to Smoothie King. It's a smoothie shop and I love it a lot, but I knew that God had heard my prayers. Smoothie king and service was the smallest but biggest tender mercy to me, because it meant that He hears me and knows me.
I know that Heavenly Father hears us.
